Location: Jupiter, FL
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for critical new product launches including all scale up and commercial activities, along with supporting on-going customer relationships. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and on budget. The Commercial Project Manager is the primary point of contact for customers on these projects and leads the coordination of Vetio’s subject matter experts to deliver project results. The Commercial Project Manager reports to the VP of Sales.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Determine and define clear deliverables, timelines, and roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Assign and oversee the tasks of personnel while ensuring all cross functions and outsourced resources are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular internal team meetings to determine progress and address any project questions or challenges
- Lead recurring project update meetings with customers and serve as point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests during the project; continued communication and coordination with customers
- Research and evaluate equipment and process options and present cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
- Responsible for driving to completion all aspects of the projects including:
- Technology transfers
- Analytical method development and validations
- Product development (benchtop to engineering batches)
- Manufacturing scale up (engineering batches through commercial process validations)
- Supply chain, procurement of new materials, qualification of new vendors, and order fulfilment

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in technical field
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Experience in project management, strategic planning, and/or sales
- Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus
